Phenotyping of NK / TNK cells
100.00 BGN
General information:
NK cells are a type of white blood cell. Their main task is related to the elimination of tumor and virus-infected cells by means of apoptosis (programmed cell death). They are also involved in endometrial remodeling and trophoblastic invasion. A process by which the developing embryo has access to nutrients from the mother's circulation. NK cells are bone marrow-derived granular lymphocytes that circulate in the peripheral blood before localizing to specific tissues and organs (including the uterus).
